All of the above as it seems that the govt doesn’t value children and the importance of their minds and their potential for the future. If they did value the early years we wouldn’t have to doing this . They are much more valuable than roads mines or whatever takes the finance . It is an absolute disgrace that nothing has been done and we have to sign petitions .
